We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Season's Salon & Spa. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
We do not offer refunds of any kind.
We strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Haircut/color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this, color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments. We do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind with hair cuts or color.
While we make every attempt to meet the desire of our clients, from time to time complications happen that are out of our control. Any inspiration photos are just that, inspiration. Please understand that hair cannot be replicated as each head of hair is different. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. If a client is unwilling to return to Season's Salon & Spa for review/evaluation then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done.
Cancellations / No Call No Shows / Tardiness
As a courtesy to our guests and team members, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 24 hours notice of your already scheduled appointment. Due to the volume and flow of the stylists’ schedules, if you are expecting to be late to your appointment we would appreciate a courtesy call to the salon to let us know you are on your way. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
*Please note: No-shows and cancellations without a 24-hour notice will require a deposit to schedule a new appointment and hold the time slot on the stylists’ schedule (if deposit was not already required from the first appointment). Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the stylist’s schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This 24 hour courtesy notification enables us to schedule other clients, and in turn, maintains availability of services for you and other salon guests.
Deposits for Extended Appointments
A deposit of $50 may be required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer. (Ex: corrective color, Balayage, lash extensions, etc.) This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks, a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.
Pricing + Estimates
Quotes given through text/dms are not guaranteed since we cannot 100% accurately what a client’s hair texture and density is based off of photos. Once we see your hair in person, we will inform you should there be a need for a price increase of up to $50.
Free 2 hour street parking is available to the public, however is it the client's responsibility to move the car should the time comes. Season's Salon & Spa is not liable for any tickets due to clients' failure to move their vehicle. For long services, we recommend clients to park in the paid parking lot across from US Bank or the parking garage next to Niko Teriyaki.
